"How do you select your Sitters?"
All of our Sitters are personally interviewed and have successfully completed a thorough reference and criminal background check. They must also have a sincere desire to help the elderly and infirm.

"Can I interview the Sitters or meet them in advance?"
Yes, our clients can be involved in the selection of their Sitter. We will discuss the process during our "in-home" visit.

"Is your service available for those in nursing homes or assisted living?"
Yes, we can provide care to those who need more one-on-one assistance in nursing home and rehabilitation facilities.

"What happens if my Sitter is sick?"
That's why our Sitters work as a team. If one sitter is sick another one is always available. Rest assured we will be there.

"Who pays the Sitter?"
You pay the Sitter directly. We feel that this reinforces the client/sitter relationship and helps us keep our rates some of the lowest in elder assistance.

"What are your rates and minimum hours of service?"
Our rates, based on the specific needs and conditions of the client, are some of the lowest in the industry. The minimum hours of service are usually three 24 hr. days. However, as circumstances may require a different scedule, please call our office for details.

"Why should I use Three's Company and not someone from the newspaper?"
